Refund policy
If you purchase an Ebook on its own or as part of a bundle, I will offer returns in the instance of technical difficulties and quality issues. Meaning if you cannot access your download, and something is off with the technical quality of the book, such as formatting issues and missing pages.
Should you purchase a physical book, I will send you a new book if it is irreparably damaged in shipping.
Since a new book will have to be purchased, returns can take up to 90 days to process.
All physical copies have to come to me before they can be shipped to the customer, so the length of arrival will vary.
Normal wear and tear from shipping does not count.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
